OUR STORY

Vindicktive Wings started as all great companies did - with two brothers who couldn't return to Upstate New York due to the Pandemic. Stranded in Seattle with no wings comparable to their hometown to be found, they began frying wings in an air conditionless apartment, delighting their neighbors with the tantalizing scents of hot oil, fried wings, and buffalo sauce. Through a healthy serving of fate and a side order of gumption, they were invited to fry some wings for customers at Rabbit Hole, a Belltown staple. From here, the magical scents wafted downwind, catching the attention of other bars in the area.

It was at this point in time that two other brothers came into the picture, drawn not only to the mystical nature of such profound comestibles - but of the exponential force of brotherly love.

For two years these pop-ups continued, growing a dedicated following around the greater Seattle area and resulting in a residency in the kitchen of Rose Temple - one of Capitol Hill's premier bars.

By early 2023, the three sisters of fate had spun their web and smiled upon the Minichiellos and Morgans, leading them to sign the lease on their very own brick and mortar location in Belltown. And the rest - as historians are often to say - was history.
